An Update from Us: Impact of Eaton Fire & How You Can Help

As a Pasadena-based company, we recently faced significant challenges due to the Eaton Fire that affected the Altadena and Pasadena areas. The rapid progression of the fire necessitated the evacuation of our office and warehouse, leading to a temporary halt in our regular operations. While our building was spared from the flames, it did sustain damages that we are diligently repairing to resume normal business activities.

We understand that some of you may have experienced delays in order fulfillment or responses to inquiries during this period. Please know that we have been striving to serve you and our entire customer base, as well as our retail partners, by implementing alternative logistic solutions to ensure your orders are fulfilled.

We consider ourselves fortunate not to have been severely impacted by the fires and are not seeking charitable assistance. Our primary concern is for the businesses and residents who have suffered significant losses. We kindly ask for your continued support through your online orders, which will aid in our recovery and ongoing operations.

For those looking to assist the broader community, we encourage donations to reputable organizations aiding Eaton Fire victims. Here are a few facts about the impact of the fires and organizations involved in relief efforts:

Businesses Destroyed in Altadena:

The community has suffered the loss of several cherished establishments due to the fire.  Here are a few of the many notable businesses reported as destroyed which might be in need through gofundme campaigns for their own employees or offering alternative ways to support their establishments such as gift cards, coffee subscriptions or supporting their sister locations.

These losses are deeply felt within our community, and our thoughts are with all those affected. We remain committed to overcoming these challenges and continuing to serve you with dedication. Your support is invaluable to us during this time.

With Gratitude & Hope,

Lori Sandoval, Salsaology Founder
