RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We know you are going to love our delicious products. But here at SALSAOLOGY LLC we’re passionate about providing our customers with high quality products and service. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
We can only guarantee refunds for products purchased through salsaology.com, minus the initial shipping cost(s). Each refund/return is individually considered by our customer service team. Depending on the case, we may be able to provide a replacement product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition it arrived. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on where to send the return item.
SALSAOLOGY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, If your package arrives with damaged product, please contact us immediately and be sure to send photos of the damaged goods so that we may file a complaint with delivery service and issue you an immediate replacement.
Amazon Purchase Return/Replacement
If you purchased a product directly from Amazon please contact their Customer Service through your account Order History.
Please note that SALSAOLOGY is not responsible for any loss or damage of Amazon goods or services. Therefore we are unable to provide you with a refund or replacement.

Retail Partners - In Store Purchase/Returns
If you purchased a SALSAOLOGY product at one of our amazing retail partners stores, and you are not fully satisfied, please return the product directly to the store it was purchased from. We’re always working towards providing you the best possible product and although we can’t return/refund the item ourselves, we’d like to know your experience with it. If you had a less than satisfactory experience with a SALSAOLOGY product or believe there was a quality issue, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Please include the retailer information, product name and purchase date in the email.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout on Primal Kitchen and Primal Blueprint. The e-gift card is sent to the purchaser (you), who then forwards it to the recipient whenever you would like them to receive it.
