Easiest Instant Pot Pulled Pork Sliders
Ingredients
Instant Pot Pulled Pork
- 2- 3 pounds of Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt, cut into 2 inch chunks
- SALSAOLOGY Ancho Chile & Tamarind Sauce
- Salt for seasoning
Pulled Pork Sliders
- Mini hamburger buns or Hawaiin Rolls (our personal fave)
- Favorite topping ideas: mayo, coleslaw, arugula, pickled red onion
Method
- Season pork with salt to taste. Add pork to an Instant Pot or pressure cooker. Pour 1 cup of Ancho Chile & Tamarind Sauce over pork and 1/2 cup of water.
- Place lid on the pressure cooker, sliding into the locked position. Set to pressure cook for 45 minutes. Do a natural release for 10 minutes, then turn valve to the vent position. Once float valve has dropped, remove lid.
- Use two forks to shred pork into small chunks. Use a slotted spoon to transfer pork to a bowl. Stir remaining 1/2 cup Ancho Chile & Tamarind Sauce and a couple of spoonfuls of the cooking liquid with shredded pork.
- Serve pulled pork on hamburger buns and desired toppings.
