- 6 Sausages*
- 6 Hot Dog Buns
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Cup of Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ½ Yellow Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- ½ Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- ½ Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tbsp SALSAOLOGY Chile Negro & Hibiscus Sauce
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell peppers and onion; sauté for 5 minutes.
- Mix in SALSAOLOGY Chile Negro & Hibiscus sauce.
- Grill sausages or brown on separate pan— cook each side for about 4 minutes.
- Place sausages into buns and top with fajita mix.
*Can also be made with your favorite vegan/vegetarian sausage and bread.
