Fajita Hot Dogs


  • 6 Sausages* 
  • 6 Hot Dog Buns
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup of Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp SALSAOLOGY Chile Negro & Hibiscus Sauce


  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell peppers and onion; sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in SALSAOLOGY Chile Negro & Hibiscus sauce
  3. Grill sausages or brown on separate pan— cook each side for about 4 minutes.
  4. Place sausages into buns and top with fajita mix. 
  5. Enjoy!


*Can also be made with your favorite vegan/vegetarian sausage and bread.
