Typically a slow roasted pork dish that cooks underground for several hours, our Pibil One Pot Simmer Sauce makes Cochinita Pibil much easier to prepare! Create dinner in 30 minutes by adding our sauce to pork or chicken in a pressure cooker or slow cooker, set the timer and walk away. Dinner is served!
