Crispy and Zesty Chicken Wings
ingredients:
- 2 pounds of Chicken Wings
- Salt
- SALSAOLOGY Ancho Chile & Tamarind or Barbacoa Sauce
- Preferred dressing or dip like Ranch or Blue Cheese
method:

Spray the Air Fryer basket or tray with Oil Spray preferably Avocado Oil Spray.

Season with salt and shake them to distribute the salt. Place the chicken wings in basket or tray.

Put into the Air Fryer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 400ºF.

Remove chicken wings from Air Fryer and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Pour a generous amount of Ancho Chile & Tamarind or Barbacoa Sauce. Use tongs and combine to coat all of the wings thoroughly in the sauce. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
For Oven Directions: Follow chicken wing recipe prep. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet preferably with a rack or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook wings at 400ºF for 45 minutes. And toss wings with sauce as indicated in step 4.
